Beautiful, stunning bouquets, arrangements and plants and the unique scent just draws you in, along with the colourful blooms and friendly staff in this small but mighty packed florist on Pender Street! Seasonal coloured arrangements, but also a selection to suit various moods, are always available in different styles - classic, elegant or more modern and trendy. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and take time to understand what you need, if you need assistance, and are happy to let you browse. They ask every guest if they can help find something and make a point of connecting with you, in a good way! They are incredibly efficient at putting together gorgeous arrangements and are wonderful to work with. I’ve used them for work and they are incredibly professional with understanding special circumstances, provide appropriate arrangements for the occasion and understand and respect budgets and assist with deliveries all in an exceptional way. They have made numerous moments better for others because of their work ethic and talent. I don’t always know folks who receive the arrangements, but I’ve often heard through the grape vine on how gorgeous and pleased they were with the arrangement. Personally, I love this store. They’ve given us so much colour and joy for many occasions for our family and friends and make every effort to ensure they have happy customers. When I’ve been in the store, I’ve witnessed them go out of their way to engage folks in the store in a way that’s appropriate for the moment and have excellent customer service. Very happy to have a small business downtown that I love to browse and support.

I stopped in on a whim to get an autumn bouquet. There weren’t any pre-arranged but the lovely staff asked what I was looking for (the exact shape of their bouquets out front, just in autumn colours), and made one for me on the spot. Reasonable price, great service. Beautiful flowers. She put water picks on the roses and explained the different packaging styles so I could just what I wanted. In and out in 10 minutes with a gorgeous bouquet. Highly recommend

I am so impressed with my bouquet "La Megan" purchased online from La Floreria! I have struggled to find an amazing florist with good quality flowers and design. I'm happy I found them! Really lovely bouquets, reasonably priced, very helpful staff. They even offered to make me a custom bouquet. I eventually bought a beautiful dried arrangement. I've spent a lot of time trying to find a great, reasonably priced florist. This is my new go to place for sure!
